The Justice For All Institute™ (JFAI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring no one faces injustice alone. We protect legal rights, challenge wrongful convictions, and uphold fairness in the justice system. Through legal advocacy, investigative resources, and steadfast commitment, we stand with underserved families, veterans, and communities — helping them safeguard their rights, rebuild their lives, and strengthen the integrity of our legal system.

Our Mission
We fight for justice where rights are at risk, correct injustices, remove barriers to legal help, and advance fairness in the legal system — ensuring that every voice is heard and every case receives the attention it deserves.
Our Story
Founded by attorney Dina Nesheiwat, JFAI was created from the belief that justice is rooted in fairness. Drawing on nearly two decades of legal experience, Dina built JFAI to be a place where the underserved, the voiceless, and the wrongfully accused can find hope, resources, and legal guidance. Every matter we take on is pursued with the conviction that the outcome can change not only an individual’s future, but the justice system itself.
Our Impact
Challenging Wrongful Convictions — JFAI has stood beside the wrongfully accused — people serving time for crimes they didn’t commit or that never even occurred — by uncovering new evidence, working with independent experts, and bringing those findings before the courts. In every case, our goal is the same: to replace wrongful judgment with truth. Answering the Call for Fairness— Justice isn’t always about a courtroom verdict... We’re able to answer when fairness calls because others stand with us in that fight and believe fairness is worth defending.

Our work has been featured in the media… JFAI’s founder has also been recognized for consecutive years by the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Access to Justice Commission as an Attorney for Justice, a recognition honoring significant pro bono service provided to individuals facing legal challenges.
